Track Name: Coming Home
I swore I'd never do this to myself
But it seems that I can't go on without your help
And tonight it is the darkest sky, I've ever seen.
Why don't the stars gleam anymore?

I thought that I could make it on my own
But God, I've never felt so all alone
Cause in this city full of starlight
I just can't seem to find the strength to fight anymore

So watch me go
Watch me leave
Watch me pack up all my things and head back to my city
I'm gonna catch a train
Heading full speed
Cause to see your face, oh that's all I really need
Cause lately, I've been so alone
So watch out New York, I'm coming home
Homeeeeeee

I swore that I'd try something new
Spend the next 4 years far away from you
But I can't seem to face the fact i left in vain
Just the thought of you makes me insanely sad,
That i can't be there,
That i can't be home.
Well I'm coming home now

So watch me go
Watch me leave
Watch me pack up all my things and head back to my city
I'm gonna catch a train heading full speed
Cause to see your face, oh that's all I really need
Cause lately, I've been so alone
So watch out New York, I'm coming home
Homeeeeeee, homeeeeeee
Track Name: Casual Kissing
It's just casual kissing
It's just a thing that we do
No, it doesn't mean nothing
But it means more to you

I'm just here for the ride
I'm just here for the fire pit,
To watch the snow melt away
And taste the ashes left on your lips

There's so much I need to do
But when i'm with you,
None of it seems to matter

Cause when we're hand in hand,
Oh my heart stops
And when you're next to me,
I have these thoughts
That maybe it's more than what I had planned for
Maybe it's more, than just, casual kissing.

I say it's just for the night
I need a place to crash
I would go home but it's late,
And i'm a little trashed

Oh I'm lying and I'm sober,
But I'm drunk on you.
Your presence keeps me high,
But i don't wanna fall for you

There's so much that I need to do
And whenever I'm with you
None of it seems to matter

Cause when we're hand in hand,
Oh my heart stops
And when you're next to me,
I have these thoughts
That maybe it's more than what I had planned for
Maybe it's more, than just, casual kissing.

Oh, you make me tongue tied
As we tie our tongues.
Oh when we're dancing,
All the breath leaves my lungs.
Maybe its more, maybe its more,
maybe its so much more

Cause when we're hand in hand,
Oh my heart stops
And when you're next to me,
I have these thoughts
That maybe it's more than what I had planned for
Maybe it's more than a fling,
Maybe it's more than a just a silly little thing,
Maybe it's more than just, casual kissing
Track Name: Seasons
Dirty feet on dirty carpets,
Leaving footprints where they go.
No sense following those footprints,
They'll be gone with the snow

When the winter's almost over,
The polar nights feel the longest.
When that hopefulness that burned inside,
Leaves behind a trail of darkness.

Cause the world has a funny way of showing
When you're going the wrong way.
When the path is right in front of you,
But you just wanna stay.
And nothing seems okay

But I don't remember
What I did this time last year.
But I remember
When you packed your things and left me to drown in all my fears

Cause the world has a funny way of showing
When you're going the right way
They say "Follow in his footsteps, he'll lead the way
and it'll all be okay."

But I don't want to grow up, just yet
But I don't want to grow up not yet
But I don't want to grow up, just yet
But I don't want to grow up not yet
So i won't, so I won't, so I won't, I won't try
No I won't, no I won't, no I won't say goodbye

Cause I just don't understand
How I just go through the seasons
Pass on by, I can't hold my ground
I can't hold onto anything
And that includes you

Now you're a man
You've moved along
And look at me,
Nothing has changed;
I'm still the same.

Dirty feet on dirty carpets,
Leaving footprints where they go.
No sense following those footprints
They'll be back with the snow.
Track Name: Sleep Deprived & Terrified
This place is a mess and I'm underdressed
I can't help but forget the day, the way, you left me for dead.

On the surface, I may seem nervous
But underneath my skin is where my problems truly begin.

Cause I'm sleep deprived and terrified of you,
It's true, you leave me black and blue.
Oh I'm bruised and confused.

Now I can feel my skin start to peel,
From the pressure of your arms, leave scars, like I'm behind bars.

There's no escape, my body starts to shake,
From the lack of help, it's hell, this is my farewell.

Cause I'm stressed and depressed,
And oh so anxious because of you.
It's true, you're just like a bad tattoo I regret,
So I'll fade into shadows
Oh I'll fade into the shadows and become a silhouette.

This place is a mess and I'm still stressed.
But who would even care if I just hid behind my hair
Track Name: Losing Hope
I make a wish in the dark,
Then I sit and wait for that flaming spark.
But I see the frost grow on my windowsill
I know it's getting colder, I feel the chill.

It's been so long I'm losing hope,
And the hours pass as I feel my throat
Whisper your name in the dark.
Fingers crossed that you'll light my spark.

Count the stars, make a wish,
Don't let anybody know.
Hold your breath and jump on in,
It can't hurt just to say hello.
I just want a dream
I just want somebody to chase.
Someone who will help me escape.

Crumpled paper scatters the floor.
Don't have the energy to pick them up, its such a chore.
I watch my fingers start to bleed,
As they scribble down hopeless poetry.
Silly rhymes won't make this right,
Just the words pouring from my pen help me to fight this fight.
I cannot see the light anymore,
As the clouds move in, I sense a downpour.

Count the stars, make a wish,
Don't let anybody know.
Hold your breath and jump on in,
It can't hurt just to say hello.
I just want a dream
I just want somebody to chase.
Someone who will help me escape.

I make a wish in the dark,
Then I sit and wait for you.
